Spain has honed Happy Hour to a fine art. And although there are more types of tapas (small bites) than you can imagine, there are certain classics that you just shouldn’t miss. Three of those – Patatas Bravas (“Brave” Potatoes), Pimientos de Padron (Quick roasted peppers), and Gambas al Ajillo (Shrimp in Garlic Sauce) can be put together in a flash in a very non-traditional way – on the grill. In this class you’ll learn how to make these super easy, delicious (and healthy!) tapas – and then we’ll enjoy them together. You’ll have the recipes and techniques to create your own Spanish tapas hour for yourself, friends, and family.
